3 Daily Habits to Reclaim Your Health

"The fact that the body disguises its degenerative processes by "making do" or maintaining homeostasis at the expense of other tissues is a Natural Law... If we address the root cause of something, the body is free to address secondary issues all on its own." (from Causations, by O'Brian and Tips)

Getting started on your journey back to wholeness is not complicated. It may be different from what you're used to hearing, it may be hard, and at times rather frustrating and unexpected. But it's not complicated.

Step #1 - All The Light

If you do nothing else for the next week, or even the next month, get yourself out of bed every morning in time to catch the sunrise. Wake up a few minutes before sunrise and head outside or open a window. Face east and let the full spectrum of light, with its perfect balance of reds and blues and greens hit your eyes for a solid minute (or more!).

DO NOT STARE DIRECTLY AT THE SUN.

DO lift your face up to the sky and soak the light in.

This precious moment at the start of each day will become your favorite. I promise. This is your chance to receive all the light code your brain needs to run like a well-oiled machine. When your brain runs smoothly, the rest of the body follows.

Glasses? Take them off! You can put them back on after you're done. How long? The longer the better. At least 1 minute.

I will go into more depth on why the sunrise and why all the light soon. For now, take a look at this short video. Keep your eyes peeled!

Step #2 - True Hydration

As you adjust to your new sunrise routine consider optimizing your hydration routine. Contrary to popular belief, hydration is not just about drinking enough water in its H2O form. Hydration is about ensuring our 4th phase water, H3O2, is healthy and fully charged. Yes, you read correctly! Water has FOUR PHASES, not 3, like we were taught. That 4th phase of water in our bodies is where most, if not all, of the magic happens.

Liquid water is important. Don't get me wrong. But we need to make sure it's clean. So filtered, fluoride-free water is of essence.

Liquid water (H2O) with a full complement of minerals is key. Electrolyte-rich water brings in salts and trace minerals the body needs for basically all intercellular and intracellular processes to take place efficiently and successfully. The easiest way to get electrolyte-rich water is to make it yourself!

DIY Electrolyte-rich H2O:

  • Grab a 20oz. bottle and fill it with filtered water

  • add 1/4 tsp of mountain salt (I like Redmond's Real Salt from redmond.life )

  • 1 wedge of lime.

  • Mix and enjoy!

Fourth phase water (H3O2) is negatively charged. This means more electrons. The best, easiest and cheapest way to load up on electrons is to get those shoes and socks off and find a grassy patch to stand on. Barefoot outside. Our feet bring in electrons from the earth and recharge our 4th phase water layer.

Another way to recharge our H3O2 is to spend time outside, in natural light. So already by honing your sunrise-catching abilities you're also beefing up that 4th phase water layer!

Stay tuned for a deeper dive into Fourth Phase Water and why it is so important we learn to tend to it fully and consistently.

Step #3 - The Power of Thankfulness

Our words have power. Our thoughts have power. We have the power to create and manifest the reality that we want. In fact, we're doing that all the time even though we may not realize it. Remember that Fourth Phase water we just talked about? 70% (+/-) of our body is water. The majority of that water is in its H3O2, liquid-crystalline, fourth phase form! Why does this matter? Because water has memory. The semi-crystalline lattice that fourth phase water is arranged in is deeply and very efficiently influenced by our words and thoughts, by the light frequencies it is exposed to and by the sound frequencies it is exposed to, including the sound of our voice. The works of Masaru Emoto and Veda Austin are stunning proof of this.

We have more control over our body circumstances than we give ourselves credit for. Our body water remembers trauma and that is often at the root of disease. Thankfully, our body water also responds to healing experiences, healing words and sounds, healing touch. These experiences have the power to dissolve that trauma. Speak up and be thankful! Choose a smile over a frown. Breathe deeply and with gusto, and as you do, lift your eyes up to the sky and take full stock of the simple yet powerful fact that YOU ARE HERE. TODAY. This is no accident. You are a miracle, and you have a divine purpose. This is your Horaios moment.

Your body only knows HEALING. Trust it to HEAL.
