Meet Amanda Conta Steencken

Hello!

My name is Amanda Conta Steencken and I'm the founder and owner of Horaios Wellness.

I am a wife and homeschooling mom, a recovering rockefeller medicine academic and scientist, a suburban homesteader, herbalist-in-training, aspiring natural medicine practitioner, 40-something bilingual Argentine-American.

Also, I love all things Brahms and some good latin jazz.

I'm passionate about the Truth and willing to re-assess everything that I know in order to live it, embrace it and leave a better world for my kids.
