Simmer.
Be infused.
Linger.
Slow down.
Deeply unfurl
Slowly, gently, becoming who you’re meant to be.
Take your time.
Appreciate the small things.
Notice the shifting colors of the leaves,
Feel the cool breeze on your skin,
BE present in each moment.
Suspend the urge to judge.
Just let go.
Allow everything to move through your senses -taste the sweetness of the season, smell the earthy scents of nature, feel the textures of your surroundings, see the beauty in the details, hear the whispers of the wind.
"Sometimes things just need to simmer, like a delicious, healthy stew, giving the flavors time to dance together and infuse. We need time to 'simmer' in the natural world—to be infused and nourished by stillness, awe-inspiring complexity, truth-sharing, and beauty." – Kathleen McIntyre, The Nature Reset
There’s something powerful about slowing down and giving yourself the space to just be. In a world that constantly pushes us to hurry and achieve, we often forget the value of pausing. What happens when we take a moment to breathe? When we allow ourselves to linger a little longer, soaking in everything around us, we open ourselves to new insights and experiences.Fall is the perfect example of this natural rhythm. As the leaves change color and the air turns crisp, the world prepares for rest. This season invites us to embrace our own moments of transformation, reminding us that it's okay to slow down and reflect.Sometimes life just needs time, like a stew on the stove. Let it simmer. Let everything blend and unfold in its own rhythm. There’s no rush, no pressure. Just BEing. Just BEcoming.
